That was my problem. I always wanted to work as long as I could, so I would end up working til dark. When it got dark there I was with a gd flashlight tryin to find all my tools and get all my crap back into the house.

The absolute worst thing that happened was when I did the bodywork on my truck. Worked on it all day long prepping it for primer. Finally got everything straight and spent like 2 hours taping it up perfectly. About the time I mixed the primer and put it in the gun it started raining like hell out of nowhere. All I could do was let it sit til the next day and try to make it work. Next day pretty much everything was ruined, all my tape was wrinkled had to redo everything over. That was the day I said I would never start a job outside again and I never did.

Michelobe, where did you buy that steel building from? Was it a local deal or something online.

front of the truck's stuck under an awning coming off my shop (previous owner's wood shop, my game room/tool storage/spare part storage/all my wife's crap she does'nt want in the house storage), no concrete, and the dirt levels down towards the building, so the front spindle's are like 1 1/2 ft off the ground.

Hats off to some of you guys! I'm lucky enough to own a decent sized garage. It's not the biggest but it gets the job done.

Got it from a somewhat local place called house of stars in Madison Nc.

see the narrow strip of concrete forward of my dump truck? The garage to the right is a postage stamp suitable maybe for a two door Speck, but you cant shut the garage door with a truck in it, which is ok because you cant get out, the truck doors dont open wide enough

I rent space at a shop but its all the way across town and by the time I get ready to go, somthing comes up.

SO I feel your pain man.

I can vouch for Russ on that, even though that trucks hasn't moved from that spot in YEARS!!! Once I went to visit and we were all standin in the garage and he turned one way and i turned the other and our noses touched. . .yeah it's that small. He did make me pretty uncomfortable cause he kept staring deeply into my eyes
