Supportive significant others

My wife does not understand at all how I can spend all weekend in the garage then swear at the truck when everything goes wrong. Her main problem where she does need to help me out is with the spending, it went from a 2 year or longer build to almost done in 1 year.

my girlfriend absolutely loves my truck. she swears up and down that she is gonna buy my truck from me when it is time to sell it because she doesnt want to see it gone. she even gets pissed at people when call it a "lowrider" and she had never even seen a minitruck before mine. i dont think i could stand being with someone who didnt understand and support the lifestyle.

"That damn bucket of bolts gets more attention than I do!"

same here. my girl loves my truck(or what it will be anyway!) She went with me to slamfest this past weekend. It was her first show and I dont think she realized the lifestyle and dedication we put into our trucks. but she supports it very much and wants one of her own....and would never call it childish or immature. immature to her is sitting in front of a tv all day and nite playing video games.

my wife totally supports me in everything I put my mind to...one of the coolest things i have ever seen was her driving it for the first time and loving it almost as much as i do...i built it for me but she has a key too....

This is the Gods honest truth! My wife drives my truck more then I do. lol

My wife is into it as much as I am. We just have problems with spending too much money on too many vehicles. She has a 99 Suburban lowered 5/7 on 22s and this Prelude and I have a b2000 and my project S10.

Yeah my girl almost had me convinced to sell my truck at one point. I have had this bitch (truck) since i was 16 (10yrs) and there is nothing that is going to stand between us. Shit my mom started crying when i told her i wanted to sell it. She is the one that got me into trucks.

I was into trucks before i met my wife so i told her how it was gonna be! LoL She likes goin to shows and hangs out with me at our club meetings (when she isnt studying). I would NEVER sell my ride because of a chick. If she doesnt like what you do and wants you to get rid of your ride then she isnt the one for you. Boot her now while you have the chance! HAHA
