He's trying to be an eskimo, damn. Typically in urban areas I see Blue and Red....maybe hes color blind.

I was talking to a paint rep the other day and he said because of the way primer is meant to work, by pulling in whatever is put on top of it to help bond, rolling primer too long can slowly cause the metal so rust from inside out from pulling moistor in. Dont know how true that is.
