He's actually met the guys that started the whole "chuck norris facts" site at some college a few years ago, and was really cool about it, and thought it was funny, and he's even done the Moutain Dew commercials making fun of it...but these guys are SELLING a book FOR PROFIT using the same facts, without his permission...and I seriously doubt it's the same kids that did the website back in the day that launched this whole deal. He's got a good case.

seems like a good case to me. I mean the title says "truth" and "facts." Whats would you expect. Maybe if it was titled something else.
