anyone know why a 350 [with a eldebrock 650 cfm] would fill up with gas once a week?...help!!!!

im not pickn up what your throwing down. are you talking about the carb filling up with fuel?

Not sure what you're asking but you probably need to rebuild the carb. That or buy a holley or better carb. I've had a lot of edelbrocks and have never really been happy with them.

the needle and seats are sticking ...you fix a holly by tapping the upper mixture screws .... the edelbrock may be solved by tapping also prob trash in the carb

no the motor is filling up with fuel we just drained 5 gallons of motor oil/ gas out of the engine

mechanical fuel pump?
im not sure but if that could possibly leak into the pan but its my best guess. how did you drain 5 gallons out though, thats ALOT!

no its electric i thoght maybe the regulator took a crap but i am at a loss,we drained the oil/gas into a five gallon bucket,filled to the top

well i know on smaller carbs when they do that the carb is dirty and the float is not working they way it should and not stoping the fuel
