blazerado res. question

hey mad props for the rebuild...yeah the paint isnt one that I would have picked but atleast it is paint...hee hee !but i do have a couple questions...how mush of the orig. truck is used? any rebuild pix...KEEP on cruzn!

Clyde rocks. Like it or not, the work alone it took to rebuild that truck makes it amazing. And to top it off, Clyde is one of the coolest dudes in this "sport".

OK MY 2 cents ,,and for TOM ,,,It is the same truck I was there when the work started and finished ,,,,I live about 5 miles from the shop and every one knows im like the shop bitch around there ,,,,,but if yall wanna know the truth behind the build here it is in a nuttshell ,,it was built back because the scene said it couldnt be ,,,,,,,,,,,dont believe me go back and read the post ,,when it was wrecked ,,,,everone was like RIP ,,and etc ,,,clyde wanted to cut the top and build himself a rodster like coolcars ,,,but noooooo ,,,he did something we as a culture said couldnt be done ,,he resurected a truck from its grave ,,,,,so weither or not u like the body line ,,,the wheels ,,,the paint ,,,,,,, is immmeterial its still badder than anything thats in 99 percent of our driveways ,

HAHAHA THANKS JASON BUT YA IT WILL BUFF OUT JUST NEED SOME HEAVY CUTTING COMPOUND. HAHAHA

i think the truck looks great as far as the body line i do think its weird but like someone else stated above if you work in the custom industry you know its a hard modification to accomplish and yes its 99% better then the stuff i see on here so haters keep running your mouths and to clyde and the crew keep doing what your doing

i would still like to see the rebuild pics just because i know what it takes to fix a roll over. i am working on two right now, damn snow. lol

IMO both paint jobs suck/sucked. the first had that goofy lookin mercedes / peace sign on the fender and now this one looks like an oscar meyer package or better yet ketchub and mustard. im not hating on all the work put into it - just the fact that they topped all that killer work off w/ ugly paint! its like putting 1000 ugly ceramic lawn decorations (ie gnomes, deer, ducks, etc) in front of a mansion on the beach! im not hating on it, i just couldnt hold that in any longer...

i don't think it ever looked like a Mercedes symboli originally designed it to be sharper and more jagged looking like swiss cheese flameslike rotting flesh

^ it would have rocked if it looked like that! it looked like a peace sign or something from a distance... (its all fun and games on my part man - you know im not hating!) i personally think it wasnt elongated enough when they painted it. imo yours looks better on the simple fact that its flared and the top spoke stays true to the body line at the bottom of the window. the rendering is basically a guideline anyway, right ? look at the actual paint job. its waaay out compared to the rendering. its almost a perfect circle. yours looks a LOT better in the drawing! plus the tri spoke piece inside the round spot is more flared on yours. the actual paint is perfect spears like a merceded emblem...

now that i see that photo it looks like thong underwhere more than anything=) lol
by the way where did you find that pic cause thats the spread i made when i worked at mini truckin minus the text.

i cant belive mini truckin saves every single file somewhere. lol
