i'm putting 23's on my body drop f150 but the problem im having is if i turn the tire it eats the fender. what do you have to do? i really could use some help quick and talking to someone on the phone would be great.

thats the downside of overly huge wheels man. thats why im only gonna run 18s on my yota. so i can ACTUALLY drive it laid out! if you have room, you could always shorten your uca & lca i guess... im no fabber, its just a thought. good luck.

you find a way to get more lift, or add some camber. pull the top arm in, so you camber more and at lift it MAY (read: MAY!) clear if your lucky.

so how do people run 24's 26's so now?

this may be more work then you're willing to do. what i did with the truck im building now (i'm using the f150 front clip). i cut the frame off at the firewall and pulled everything off of it so it was nothing but the rails and the front crossmember. i wraped the center of the crossmember with a single piece of duct tape(2"). then i cut it on each side of the tape. then welded it back together and moved the clip up 1" were the rails met the rails under the cab. so in the end the front clip was Z'd an inch higher and 2" narrower. this made it a ton easier to lay out and cruise with about an 1" clearence on the fenders. only thing you'll have to do to make it work is to move the motor mounts out an inch on each side and shorten the middle steering link 2" to make it true. it sounds like a lot of work but me and a buddy did it in a weekend. just make good measurements, cut straight lines, and use a few levels. i have some pics on my myspace of the process

They keep the wheels straight when lay'd.

You might try to enlarge the wheelwell openings enough to clear. Obviously you won't be able to tuck anymore but it'll give your truck a cool 'sportcar' look.

oh ya or you can keep the wheels straight. that works too.

so just lift it to turn and when lay out straight. another problem im having is just getting the fender on its hitting the tire

Kinda sounds like the offset of the wheels is wrong.

its a 20mm offset i seen this same wheel on a f150 with the same off set? i dunno i can't figure it out
