Does stock exhaust manifold hit.....

What kind of headers do you have chris?

i have the shortys on mine but they come out in the same place , i had to notch more on the pass than the drivers but i feel its more jus the diff of the headers we are running i wrapped mine with heat wrap and gave it bout 1/2 inch of clearance and aint had no prob rubbin or gettin to hott , and trust me i run my truck hard ass hell, ive troe my cab and bed to hell , ive got a new body bein built as we speak for next season , itll be even more bada$$ keep the pics comin i love the progress!

some stainless ones i bought off ebay, they fit just like the manifolds do, only diff is one of the tubes hits the firewall on the pass side.... they were only like 140 dollars, super cheap!! they arent mandrel bent, but they are still nice for the price..... only thing is they have some impressions from a die on the backsides of the bends....

I think I am going to put some stock manifolds on there and hope it will not rob to much horse power from the whipple. I am ready to roll this bitch.

yep still got the heat and a/c i didnt notice a big diff with the headers but hell mines all stock motor

Did you have to modify the a/c box for the wheel tub? What brand of shorties are you running? Soory for all the questions. Just not many people out there with a truck like yours that I can bug the shit out of like this.

im not sure the brand headers , stamless i no that much , they look jus like the ones chris was talkin about i gottem on a hand me down , lol , i had to loose the fresh air intake , no big loss, and the floor vent over the tranny, a lil fiber glass work but not hard at all , i got a bout a day makin it fit including lettin the glass dry
