I have a few anwsers for da s-10s. I have used 85 body style (square body) s-10 Blazer 4x4 boosters for a BD reg cab 4cyl manual on 22's. Just fit perfect AND drag. Just need to weld in the pedal mount.

Hey seth,.....When you install your tranny crossmember does it raise the tranny up? Or is just the crossmember itself raised up?

I was just woundering how much closer the tranny will be to the floor ( if at all)........Thanks

it shouldnt move the tranny. just be a new crossmember that doesnt hang below the frame level.

There is some play with the transmission. Some people have reported their transmissions hanging below the frame, and needing to raise them to clear the ground. I cannot confirm this, however I took it into account. If you install the transmission mount flush with the bottom of the frame the transmission will be in the same spot as stock, but you have as much room on the frame to move it up 1/2" if you actually need to.
