Finally some info!! Thanks Mike. Ok so just how do we plan to remove my truck from table? I have a flat bed trailer and can pack up the other shit. And yes you did tell me to cut my losses and pick up the truck, and what do you think I've been trying to do the past 2 months?! No one is ever at the shop and he doesn't return calls.

Phillip, I understand what you mean but let me put it like this and tell me what you would do. For the past yr and a half I never got any updates, only when I stopped in for a surprise visit, wasting my time and gas. The more time went by, the longer it would be before I heard anything. It makes you feel uneasy, but I was told he'd finish it. Then I get a call saying people getting their trucks back, I rush up there to catch him and he wouldn't even give me respect to get out of tow truck and talk to me. luckily Mike showed up and let me in. Then fast forward 3 months later and I get a call saying they moved out of shop and people are trying to get their stuff back but can't get access to building. Now you tell me if you think your vehicle had been stolen or not.

he said he's gonna forklift it off the table if you'd read. but he also said if you dont go this sunday then he might not be able to help as the forklift isnt gonna be at the shop much longer.

wow you're pretty bright. You actually think a forklift is going to lift up a truck that hasn't been fully welded, nor that the cab or bed is bolted down or support? Please don't come on trying to act like you know whats going on and act like I didn't read. The truck will have to come apart in pieces, thats why I'm asking how are we going to do it and secure it.

Man you just need to take some help up there with you!! it's probably going to be a big pain in the ass to get everything, but the guy is offering you some help, and is telling you he will open the shop to let you get your shit.. STOP BITCHIN ABOUT THIS SHIT ON HERE, AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GET IT BACK!!!! Gettin your ride back is the main issue right now.. Deal with all the legal shit after the fact.. You act like you are the only one going through this shit.. this GUY FUCKED alot of people.. take some tools with you, and or 2 trailers to get it all if it has to come in pieces.. This same shit happen a few years back over here in Alabama with a shop called METAL WORKS.., but I would not wait till the last minute to get my shit, some of the others that get there before you may not have all there parts there anymore, and will pick your shit over, and you will end up with a few parts, and no truck.. It happens to one of my members here in GA.. JUST MY 2 cents
