What truck really inspired you?

saw sals toyota on rainbow in vegas about ten years ago it was showing its age...as for my insperation i had a bug which was an ok thing but i met a couple of guys that had minis dave harden (red hott) ed (impactsus) on here with his 720 and a bunch of others got me a mazda within 6 months and it was on the ground magazine wise that inspired me hmm many many but i would say the ballistic toy was an eye opener and the many others that graced mini truckn over the years. and wait vanzeeland? as in the cyber green yota blah or his rebuild of the s10blazer....

this one. it was'nt bodydropped the first time i saw it, but it looked exactly like my stock dime (same color and everything) except it was bagged. i remember hanging out with my buddy in Austin and we all met at some resturant to eat, i parked my company car (pontiac grand am at the time) next to lanny's truck, and his roof was lower than mine, and i was like "fucking badass".

Then when we left the resturant, he threw some sparks and i was like, i gotta do that.





Ironically, now the guy that owns this truck works at the shop that has my burban, and i saw it last weekend when i towed it down, lol.

i think i can actually pinpoint a truck now that i think about it. it had to be tonys tacoma when it was pure silver. standing in the fuckin sonics parkin lot shootin the shit with his brother i believe. he rolled up (never have met him either) and i fell in love. then comes out fully painted and has been a favorite from beginning to end.

for me it was the tacoma e10pvmt i think it was called. greyish. And olivers tacoma when it was white with the blue flames. saw it on the dvd and fell in love with draggin.

there was a dude around my house when i was like 14 who had a lowered Comanche on some hammers. in the far begining it started with me liking lowriders though

There was a truck in MiniTruckin years and years ago (like 10) that had the doors cut in half and the bottom half was molded into the body and they were suicide. I think it had a tandem on it too (not sure). After I saw that I was really into mini's. It wasnt the nicest one ever but it was so crazy that I was hooked. Wish I could find some pics.

Ohh and there was a peach mazda extended cab on prime 15" that were painted to match, I think it had like 4 15" subs in there too. That was my first minilove.

Back when freddy rolled his s-10 out in 2003 I had never seen anything like it I never knew anything on bags could kick a 3 wheel back then, once I seen him do it in person I knew I had to build a mini.
