lifts?

Well a buddy of mine has an 01 that had the fabtech lift, with 2in add a leafs and spacers up front. He also had a 3 inch body lift. He swapped to a straight axle not much longer after getting the kit....and like someone said earlier they are complete junt. he was replacing parts on it allll the time as far as the front suspension parts to the lift.

this is my buddys truck and he is really hard on it as in jumps it wheels the piss out of it and has but no money in to it but the gas tank thing holds up

sorry for the delay, I dont get on very much. I dont know very many specific stores to buy the gears, but almost any off road magazine should have the gears listed and should provide a bunch of stores to buy from. However, I think ebay has a good selection. I know there are some companies that will take the entire differential and add any gear/locker combination you want.

im lookin into it ,,,,,but my four link finally came for my mini so i might get into that bag of crap!

From my expierence with selling/installing kits, i dont even mention the F name in this shop for the fact non of their stuff is worth owning compared to the next best thing. WAY to many recalls and warranty issues with them.

well i threw a 3 in body on there.it alright,ive takin it out couple time

SAS is the only way to go.

I used to have a lifted 85 toy. If you want a good lift kit, skyjacker is the way to go. I actually got a better ride out of my truck once I lifted it. To run 35s and keep decent gas mileage go with 5:29 gears. It'll kill your ability to do highway speeds though.

60mph would probably be pushing with 5:29 gears.
