Bagged front set up, pros and cons, whats the "best"

hey guys one more newb question. i searched and couldnt find anything. but i plan on driving my truck thru the winter and it gets below freezing. i have heard u have to put some type of line antifreeze in the system. we have some stuff at work we use in our air lines and compressor called "HEET" will that work or does anyone suggest something else? and how much do i put in my tank and air water seperator?? any info would be great!!
