Read Impounded's post again. From the part you two are quoting it was not bagging on lucky. It was pointing a narrow view of the economy by someone else.

understand- thanks for pointing this out. maybe i was just reading it way to early this morning!

How many mini vans you see at a show. Hear me out, If I had the time and money I would cut up my 2000 chrysler town and country, I think would be sick layed out, with a sweet custom interior for the boys. Heck the van get 24 mpg, not bad really. I'm just saying it's diffrent. I don't know maybe I like wagons and vans to much.

i too think w/ gas prices @ OMG, food @ WTF and basically the enire cost of living at HOLY_SHIT - we will see minis built more economically friendly!(thanks craig-lol).

*IE, 15-16"" rims, basic interiors and engine mods to raise fuel mileage. i think we will see alot more 4 bangers being used instead of big crated v8s. also, trailers wont be used as much, again, because of fuel being at the price of life itself!

i too would like to see a "green" mini (not the color- you know earth frinedly!) a hybrid, flexfuel... hell, maybe even full battery. Boyd (RIP) did it on the sobe wagon. i think one of us should do it to a mini! -know of any wrecked hybrids? HA!

on a side note: face it guys- we are in a recession and things arent looking that great for our country much less our "sport"! vote smart this year guys (and gals)!

i agree with you also Lucky..but I dont understand (i am probably goin to get smashed) why everyone keeps hollering this recession crap...we would even be thinking of a recession if it wasnt for the main stream media like bsnbc and cnn...i for one am in the boat trailer industry and we are still goin strong like nothing is even happening and we are talking 60k bass boats here..just my 2 cents

Not here to "smash" but sometimes the view from your fish bowl, isn't allways the same as other points of views. I live in the highest area of foreclosure in the us, as well as the hardest place to both work and live in. I'm also in construction, and the trickle

^ ^ ^ it doesnt matter what he says, thinks, or makes sense about... just as long as he quotes what i say and comments in a negative fashion! i could jump on here and say i won the lotto and i was giving him half of it and somehow he'd turn it around and be all weird about it toward me!

Uh, i fail to see where i said anything about ya

i quoted the guy who argued with him, and if anything proved lucky's point, in saying the economy is hurting, for certain people, reread my original post.
