what size wheels/tires are on those cars?

I think those are 20s on the Lincoln, but I think it has 22s now.

Lowrider had a tech last year on the GOEZ cop car (the black one) its juiced but that could help. Heres pics of the black juiced one and the white one from GOEZ, the white one is bagged
