Im also gonna flip my outer tie rods, as you can see in the pic it also is kinda binding up. so im gonna run it through the bottom side up..

thanks i will give it a shot. maybe one day i will have time to accually work on my trucks. juggling work ,wife,and 2 kids the rides are getting pushed further and furthur down the list. which sucks cause working on my stuff is like my therapy. helps keep me sane.

you can move the booster out and away from the tire and firewall. this is what we did on my brothers truck. if customs has pics on there site (where we got the idea), scroll to the bottom and youll see. def. the easiest fix and there are no problems. i would suggest putting a slight bend in the rod though as its kind of hard to get the clip on the brake pedal. take a look, http://ifcustom.com/projects/projectspages/a-d/dannysilverado.htm
