First Tattoo?

mine felt like a razor blade cutting me. but you will want more. trust me ive made my appointment for my second one already =)

you people need to harden the fuck up!

my first one didn't hurt at all... not even the arm pit area...

second one hurt like a son of a bitch... but when you've got 24 different colors being blended together and going over the same spots so many times, it gets fuckin raw!

next one is on the ribs... its gonna hurt something fierce I know that much!

My cousin is a tattoo artist, she's done 3 pieces for me so far with more on the way, she suggested to me way back to get a drawing of what you want, look at it every day for a year, if you still love it then, go get it done. Also, as a tattoo artist she hates the words "tat" or "tatty" she says it's a good filter for people who want quality art, or people who just want a tattoo to be "cool". Think about it, find an artist that's got the style you want and go from there.

i have my collarbone/sternum, my lower stomach hip-to-hip, and almost done with my whole side.

im 5'10" and 120lbs.

nothing hurt except the area between the last rib and the top of the hip bone, it killed. Also the muscle on my lower abs.

but yea, i kinda...like...pain. so im probably just wierd haha.

im hoping to have most of my torso/arms done by the time im 20.yea i know im crazy/stupid.

Yea they hurt. Only for a little bit though, afer you get going you get into a zone and don't even feel it. I have one dead center of my arm pit and the worse part of it was the healing.

Elbows kind of hurt.

It all depends on where you get it. I am about 80% done with my left sleeve and most of it was a breeze. The elbow and crease where your arm bends were the worse for me.

personal opinion....dont get it on your back because you never get to see it. i got a c10 on my back between my shoulder blades. did not hurt.....but i always forget about it being there. got my left arm done from shoulder to almost elbow (japanese floral & betta fish) did not hurt until the 4th hour on my betta fish but it is the inside of the arm and like someone said earlier the more they rub and rub thats what hurts. my right leg is done from ankle to top of schin and i fell asleep during them. back to back days of 5 hour sittings. got my daughters name across my stomach . it did not feel to good near my ribs. going t omorrow for some touch up on my arm and to start on my betty boop rib cage. i can cover mine up with a regular t shirt.......

i got my first tat when i was 17 i had the parents sigh the form..but now i have a chest piece and most of my left arm sleaved..the chest was the worst so far

I want to get my stretch marks filled in to look like lightning bolts... Is this painful????

I don't have a whole lot, but I got 42 hours in the chair.

I got a full chest/collar piece, full left side/ribs piece, lower stomach piece, inner bicep and a leg piece.

IMO they all hurt like a bitch...chest and ribs I suppose were the worst...

stretch marks are scare tissue and ive heard that scare tissue is a bitch to tat....only pain i felt was the one on my wrist bone that shit fun
