I'm about to bag an HHR and from what I gather, they have the same exact suspension as the Cobalt. For those of you that have bagged your Cobalts, did the exhaust being so close to the rear bag cause any problems? I'm sure I'll be making most of the parts because the Airlift kits I've seen on the SoCal HHR's don't take it very low and the price of the rear kit alone is just outrageous...I know that paying for the R&D makes sense...but almost $700 for 2 sleeve bags, a couple plates and some fittings seems absurd.

Pics please?

The Cobalt and the HHR are on the same platform so the Cobalt kit will fit the HHR with no issues. We add a heat shield on the bag so the heat from the exhaust will not damage the bag at all. If you have any more questions let me know.

does anyone know what the distance from the rocker to the ground is after strut bags are installed on front?

I'm not sure on the kits... I know on my lobalt it's not much but we made everything.

Haven't done one yet, had an interested "tire kicker" but no bites. We have done several other cars with the Easy Street kits with great sucess. We can put together a kit if still interested.
