if he's your boy, nothing. doesnt matter how long something is there, if its not an inconvenience other then you giving up your garage spot, why try to make a buck?

If the shoe was on the other foot, even if my boy didnt want money, my thanks would at least be a case of beer (his choice) and a few bucks.

Maybe just tell him dont worry about it, and see how he handles it before or after he gets back.

just tell him to take you out for a few beers man, if you all are friends then there is no need to charge him for storage, that's just gay

For the liability of having anything happen to it, need to establish where you are liable and where he is. What if it gets a dent, who liable? Also if heavens forbids house broken into? If it was strictly business, about $120 a month is a good rate for a secured storage.

just tell him when you need a hand on something to help you out in favor of you keep his truck but id say he will still give you prolly like a 100 bucks at the end of 3 months or give you beer or something if you charge him then when you need help he'll charge you

once you add money to a friendship it goes bad. tell him to park in your garage as long as he needs for free, or tell him to find storage, but dont charge him or it will always be a problem later on.

my blazers been in my buddies garage for 6 months torn all to hell and back and he has never asked me for anything!But if his old lady throws him out hes always gotta place to crash.Money and friends don't mix!I always buy beer and pizza when i work on it,and if its in his way he pushes it outside. i agree with russ %100
