My Bros 97 full size is 2 linked, its the kit extensive makes and its worked like a dream, only thing we have ever had to do to it is check the torq on the bots once in a while but thats it. also man when you do the front end clearance cut the lower control arm pockets about a 1/2 inch up if i remember correctly. it will allow your control arm to travel up higher letting the front end to lay! The truck will ride killer with the 7's! post up progress pics when you get em! and good luck!

the only thing i ever had a four link on was my 66 caddy cause it was stock that way other than that i wouldn't take a four link if you paid me. my 93 Chevy two link is simple, strong, and rides like a dream. and i cant hit sides so a four link wouldn't make sense for me any way

Come drive in and out of my driveway a couple times and you will see first hand why 2-links aren't as great as everyone says they are. If i'm in a truck with a 2-link I have to hit my driveway moving....if not one rear wheel will come off the ground and start spinning. Has happened on about 5 2-linked trucks so far. Haven't had a 2-link not do it. If it's binding to lift a wheel off the ground there has to be alot of stress on the bars and axle. Same type of stress happens everytime someone with a 2-link goes over unlevel ground. Maybe not to the extreme as lifting the wheel off the ground, but still is putting stress on the bars. just my .02

personally love the 2 link. especially the extensive one. it's easy simple and pretty much bullet proof. good choice in my book.

the truck wont get driven often and the 2link will do what its built to do. if it was a daily or if it was gonna be driven up and down driveways it wouldnt be getting a 2link. the area that i live in has mainly smooth roads and it will be trailered to shows that are long distances away. you can hate it all you want but its my truck and its getting built my way.

NASCAR and bigrigs don't use 2 links. They use trailing arm suspensions which allow side to side articulation. 2 links prevent that. Also 2 links are a bad choice for adjustable suspensions because the pinion angle will change through the entire range no matter what, and can only be set at for a certain height. I don't know about the rest of you, but I like to be able to adjust my adjustable suspension while driving without worrying about tearing up U-joints, and/or carrier bearings.

you can get articulation out of a 2 link just use your head and some of these sweet joints that people make these days, i just experimented on a truck that was already 2 linked. i put the spherical bearings on each end of the link bar, solid mount at the axle and a diagonal track bar with heim joints and high offset washers and i dont know how but it pivots like a mofo doesnt make sense to me but it worked. i dont dislike 2 links but ive had them on 3 of my personal vehicles and i understand where u guys are coming from. just out of curiosity everyone thats bashing them have you ever had one of your trucks 2 linkd or are you just shit talking them from a design stand point? because most people that have had them dont really mind them
