Anyone Ever Get Money From The State Over Bent 24's???

yep just all depends. some times they say well since we did not know about the hole or problem with road then we are not responsible. that happened to a friend of mine.

Next pot hole I see, I'm aimin instead of dodgin.

i know the "rule" here in tulsa is, if its the 2nd time that an accident has occured with that same hole the city will claim responsibility. If you are the first one to report the accident then your screwed

i blew 2 tires and bent 2 wheels. after i had the wheels fixed and got 2 new tires i was told by my courtesy officer in my apt complex i could have filed a complaint and had the city pay for it. i hit a lone "road titty" changing lanes.

my buddys gf got money for a 20 a while back from cali

this was 6 years ago . a cop was called and there was pics taken of everything, but he got a check 3 weeks after .....with proof of the original purchace .

yeah my bud cracked a 20 on the turnpike so since he couldnt find a replacement wheel the state footed the bill for a new set of 20's for him lucky sob

take pics of the pothole & the rims, but dont let them see your sidewall...

My wife hit a nasty pot hole on her way home frome the stores, and bent the piss out of my 20's. I filed a claim with the county, and an adjuster said, "I see no problem with this..."
-and then I received a letter stating that because the pot hole was not brought to their attn, they could not do anything for me.

The day after that letter....a roadcrew was repairing the street. -WTF!?!
