I got watch a srt8 jeep take a tblazer ss by about a car length. but the drawback w/ the jeep is the exhaust loctation. if you were to ever have to use it to tow anything you'd either be shit outta luck or have to re-route the exhaust. it exists right dead center in the back of the bumper where a hitch would go.

SS fo sho. Either way good luck on the MPG's. That's the main thing that kept me from getting one. Love'em. SRT's are badass in their own right, maybe i'm just a GM guy, but style and potential wise, gotta love the TBs. Love to lay one of those bad boys out!

The MPG is 15 in city and 19 highway on the SS . I can live with that . I would be getting the AWD do not believe you can lay the front on those out more then a couple of inches may be wrong though . I am also looking at the Srt-10 truck but they seem to be one of the most stolen vehicles around

I quit believing window stickers a while back lol... I had a salesman actually shoot me straight on a Silverado with VortecMAX (6.0L like the TrailBlazer), he drove one for a few months and said he averaged around 14mpg over that time. Granted he was probably on it the entire time, as would any normal person behind the wheel of a 6.0L The 2wd I would think gets a little better than the AWD right? May not make any difference. Go to YouTube and do a search, there are some awesome vids of both on there being abused. Even a mild 2/3" drop on an SS would give it a much meaner look. Are all SRT's AWD? Or are any? I was thinking they were AWD but I know I saw a video of one doing a donut I'm pretty sure... btw, this post needs pics for comparison hehe

I will look into the 2wd Trailblazer SS would not mind bagging it later . I rather the body style of the Trailblazer and being a Chevy . I looked into the Silverado SS truck aswell , but can't buy into that SS after having the older 454ss
