Former cover truck found in junk yard

I remember this feature too. I was touched by the story. Very sad situation. If i were him i would have atleast kept it clean and inside.. from the story it sounded like the truck meant alot to him... If it did mean that much, why not keep it inside and wipe it clean once a month?? I understand we all want to drive our trucks, but to get mad and leave it in the junk yard aint right. Hurts to hear this story...

this truck is now in Southeast Missouri, the owner plans to redo most of it.

So is the guy who bought it off eBay?? I'm glad someone is gunna clean it up and make it nice again...

We got it off the guy who had it on CL (who seemed to be a collector or bagged trucks) We have the truck in southeast Missouri. The process to rebuild it has all ready started.
I'll post up some pics
