The ford knuckles wont work without a bunch of modifying. They have the balljoints pressed into the knuckles and the geomety is all wierd cause the way the ibeams are set up. Maybe you could use the hub off the ford on the chevy spindle... not sure if anyone has tried that.

I would run the Chevy clip if I was building it and wasn't going to build a one-off front suspension.

If you have any strange hybrid spindle needs, I can build them, but you will need to do all of the homework to make sure that it is going to work.

i would like a one off but might be a lil costly and if i was gogin to have you do it i would want a complete frame built and shipping to mi not cheap

I am in the process of doing a completely one off front a arm suspension for my 2005 ford F-350 powerstroke diesel. I did one off upper and lower a arms using my factory ford knuckle and chevy 3500 ball joints. I am also using a steering rack from a new dodge, the motor cross member was trashed completely for a new one off design with new motor mounts. it's def a lot of work but lucky for me my dad owns a machine shop and a truck repair shop so any tool i could ever possibly need or ask for is at my disposal. Any questions feel free to ask.
