Oh I know what you mean Pneufab, and I am not being unrealstic. The real issue is I am a good guy that has spent my whole life protecting my rep and doing the right thing, I teach sunday school, and tend to run for public office here in the next few years. After talking to customer sevice 4 times...things got worse. They keep digging their hole deeper. I am going to be a thorn in their side for quiet a while, but I am not going to waste alot of my time and certainly not my money. I do not even want their money.

Just because in "real life" you are a good guy, doesn't mean everyone will see you as one!

I once went to court for two $20 parking tickets that I got parking on my own driveway, so I know what it is like to stand up for what you believe in, solely for the principal!

(BTW when I showed up in court the city just threw the tickets out without me even having to say one word to the judge, jerks!)
