i would say, that if there isnt anything super special inside your bed, get a new one that isnt warped. unless you are good at body work. if its just a hole cut or something, id replace it.
and im not sure why nobody has tossed it out there, but i love the trick. use a wood baseball bat to roll the stock lip over, slowly and progressively. once its all the way folded over, you can use a wooden, fiberglss or rubber hammer to work it down the rest of the sides to have an even look. since you dont have the tire to roll it against down the side portion. then, you can take a scissor jack and a 2x4, inside the wheel tub, and again slowly use the jack to move the bedside out against the 2x4. it spreads the load the length of the wheel well.
ive done the bat trick on both of my toyotas, and did the bedside trick on my old 92 toyota. the offset of the wheels it had were a bit sticky-outy. doing that made them clear. also, on the front fenders, you can do the same trick, or as i did on both. sit your ass onto the ground, brace yourself on the tire, and gently pull along the wheel lip to flex it out a bit. i say this, because the scissor jack usually doesnt work in the front, since the inside tubs are usually not vertical inside.
i can do a mini how to if needed. and sidenote, i keep my fender bat in my truck by the seat. to me its a protection deal. if a cop asks, its to check my tires.
