No, If a +42mm wont tuck, how will a +19mm???

i dont kno? thats why im asking lol

A Frontier is totally different than a Mazda, on mine I ran 18x7.5 with a 45mm offset and a 40 series 225 tire. I could not find that offset in a 6 bolt, had to switch to 5 bolt for it. That would be your best bet to find any decent wheel.

ok this should help. If a wheel is said to be 8 inches wide, it actually measures anywhere from 8.5-9 inches actual width. You need ATLEAST a 31mm offset (escalade wheels) for a wheel that is said to be 17x7.5 (escalade wheels). navigator 18's which are not the same bolt pattern but can be redrilled by any machine shop are a stated 18x8 but have a 44mm offset. The escalade wheels i have on my truck now BARELY tuck with a 2.5 inch BD. The navigator wheels i used to have tucked nicely. Everything that was said by mazberry is correct, not that he needs anyone to confirm anything. Just trying to be helpful.

phil, for those to tuck without pulling your bedsides out you need atleast a 56.5mm offset.

also, we need to know if your truck is bodydropped or not. is the nissan axle narrower?

offset and backspace are talking about the same thing. one measures from the innermost lip of the wheel to the wheels mounting surface (WMS) or from the wheels center line to WMS. If you had a wheel that measures 8 inches wide. 4 inch backspace and an offset of 0 are the same. one inch is 25.4mm so for that same wheel with 5 inches of backspace the offset would be 25.4mm. for 6 inches of backspace the offset would be 50.8mm. thats how tricky it gets. then you have to take wheels height into consideration, if its bodydropped and how far. Finding 6 lug wheels that tuck that arent custom made is next to impossible. Thats why you see soo many peeps running stockers off something else. because they are cheap wheels that tuck. i really hope that helps. We really need a backspace/offset sticky.
