That's a personal call on if you feel it's worth it to you or not. Personally, I wouldn't pay 3k for a post 64 that is not currently running and driveable.
Nada is crap for any older cars value. Ultimately the individual looking to buy the car dictates the value. Look at the fools at Barret Jackson, people with money out the ass driving the value up on cars, until nobody is able to sell thiers because the average guy isn't willing to pay assenine prices. On the other side, I picked up a 64 Mercury Comet, 17,xxx original miles, all paperwork including trade in papers (traded in a 32 Ford coupe for $200 value), gas records, etc. for $600. It needed a battery and a tune up.
