Barely Legal Fabrication?? WTF????

First of all you guys got the arms you wanted, they where one offs, made to you measurements. you guy got them and found out you measured the lowers wrong. i know this because we wen though all this when you first called. so even though i didnt have to, becasue you guys took all you own measurements, i told you when i get a chance i would make you new arms at no cost to you guys with the new measurements you guys gave us.  so what i dont understand is how me helping you guys out fucking you over? And if i remeber right these where the one offs i did at night so you could have them for indy truck bash, which you had on the truck when you got there. so how did i fuck you over again?   I just talked to the owner and he know nothing about you posting this up.  we have only had a few known complants from customers and you all think we have bad customer service, lol come on i have happy customers all over the world. You can compare us to who ever you like we will still buy and sell great products.   I have now problem with people saying we have great products but take a little longer to get them out, thats life some times things dont go as planed.  I think what the problem is you all think we are a huge company with 1000's of emplyees when i all realaty we have 5 people working here, and we do a pretty good job keeping up with the huge companys and all their emplyees.   I will never rush a product just so you have it the day its sopost to be there, things happen and i will never send out a shit product i dont care how pissed you get.   thanks               Richie

Im having the same problem.  I ordered some uni-joints over 4 months ago.  I was told they would be to me in no longer then 2 months.  We were busy and not working on the front suspension, so I gave some time patiently never calling or anything, just let you do the work.  When 3-4 months hit I started calling everyday.  I was told they went out and got lost in shipping.  Ok, not my fault, machine some new ones.  Along this whole process my credit card was charged right when I placed the order.  So a month goes by and I was told they were going to machine new ones and ship them out.  A couple weeks go by (still calling everyday), and I was told they were sent out.  I asked for a tracking number so I could watch to see if they got lost again.  No tracking number provided.  Another week or so and Im told the gal forgot to send them and they're going to go out.  Ok, so I finally get a box.  I have 4 sleeves, 4 shafts and 2 bolts.  OK, so I'm missing 4 bearings, 2 lower nuts and all of the nuts for the tapered side.  I email (I found out that seems to work better then calling and leaving messages and never have them pick up), I'm told the bearings were drop shipped.  Its been 2 weeks now since the box was sent to me, thats plenty time for bearings to get here.  I ask for a tracking number, nothing.  Richie said in his email yesterday he was going to call and get everything straightened out.  Right now I have a product paid for over 4 months ago and I only have half of what it will take to make it usable and I believe 2 pieces are machined incorectly but I won't know for sure until I get bearings and who knows where those may be...  And I've been sitting by the phone waiting for that famous "call back"...

Well my name is Justin Cornett and im From Dayton, TN...i ordered a set of control arms a 4 link and bags and bag brackets for a 2006 Dodge Ram, i have patiently been waitin since febuary of last year...i spent 2000 dollars and all i have received is a few excuses about where the control arms ended up...i got the rest of my stuff  but no control arms.. so i called richie giving him the benefit of the doubt... and he checked up on it they apparently got lost in shipping... so he was goin to make me a new set... well i no longer have the ram so i asked him for a set for my S10 blazer...he said sure thing..a couple months went by so i attempted to get ahold of someone at BLF with no luck for a while...i finally got richie to answer his email and he said they would be here in like 2 weeks...so again i wait...finally i emailed back asking for a refund and i have received no response and this has been awhile....i dont expect to get it back but i just wanted to ask for it again anyway and let everyone else know so they dont get the same treatment...the worst part about it is richie seems like a genuinely nice guy... then it turns out to be another barnyard customs....this is why the custom car scene is a dying breed...things like this are super discouraging.........RICHIE IF YOU READ THIS PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY...i need to order some control arms from someone else

so what your saying is you never had employees lie to customers saying the waterjet is broken or give false tracking numbers, when the delay was due to YOU not ordering the required material to build the arms... i got what i paid for, but i feel it was only because i stayed on top of the situation.
