Its a 1978 Chevy crew cab single axle long bed. Its a rust bucket but it runs great. Needs a new exhaust cause i let a friend use it to move in march and he backed into his porch and knocked it loose all the way up. Darn friends!

gotta love punks on a power trip, most of te cops in my area are cool, some are good friends but the couple that are dicks about trivial stuff make you cringe when you see one. I have no problem getting caught when you are in the wrong but when you r right and can't do anything about it sucks. Do you have a city ordinance about individuals sell in cars? cause I have never heard of someone getting a ticket for it and I have been arrested for having too many cars in my driveway before!!!!! NO JOKE

Up here in T.C. they have a city ordinance that you cannot have a car in your front yard for sale. But you can park there all you want.

Just a stupid question but why did you have an optima in it anyways. I don't even put them in my dually let alone a rust bucket I am trying to sell.

Walmart $30 batteries kick butt!!

Krewzlo-

I had the Optima battery in there because the truck is a camper special and i have a 11.5 foot pickup camper for it and it uses alot of battery power to run the lights, furnace, and electricity all at once.

1fastlx-
I checked with the city and there is no ordinance against it as long as you have the property owners permission to have it there, which i did. I think this was just a case of the cop seeing a chance to make some money because most people wont fight the ticket.

There is a guy with a 1976 or 1977 Chevy short bed who has had it for sale since about April and it was in the same lot for at least two months. There are usually at least 5 cars at a time there.

I don't get why Tex is still crying.

You called the cops about a FREAKING STOLEN BATTERY! Give me a break.

The more ride-alongs I go on (which is a lot) the more I realize that people call the cops for the stupidest crap.

Cut your losses and quit wasting MY tax dollars* on YOUR piddly-ass battery.

Seems like everyone hates the cops, till they need em.

Not trying to start crap with ya Tex. Just sayin...

*obviously my taxes don't go to his police force. I was just making a point.

The reason it takes them 2 to 3 hours to get to a call is cause theyre wasting time filling out reports for stupid crap
