if i cut the cups to one inch tall, i will have to clearence the lower a arms. So the bags wont rub, wont I???

I would trim those cups down some.  One way to tell if it's your bags holding you up is take them out and see if it lays out.  One last thing watch those rubber brake lines, CPP makes some nice stainless ones.

Got some work done this weekend Got a set of slightly used air ride control arms. This fixed my problem and know is laying frameThanks Luke Thorbecke  Got 1 of my 4 rims in. Centerline smoothies always look good on a C-10
