Here are two paint schemes im thinking of. These would be gloss on top and flat on bottom, Let me know what you think.

Any reason you opted to keep the stock trailing arm setup? That big notch you took out of it scares me. Pinion angle probably wont be a huge issue as long as its good at ride height, since your bags are over axle, but thats a big weak point now. Same with that driveshaft crossmember. Pretty much just a piece of sheetmetal connecting your 2 rails now. Reusing stock parts is great to a point. But sometimes they arent meant to be reused. And if you are, you need to take the steps to return them to factory strength, not just cut till it fits.

yeah, everything is going to boxed and strengthened as far as the trailing arm setup goes as well as the frame. And as far as the cross member, im working on this now, i am plating the bottom of this with a thick gauge steel and a 180 degree bend pipe to allow more movement from the driveshaft and strengthen the crossmember. With the blocks in the rear and the Z-frame up front, i should be fine on the pinion angle. As far as the bag over the axel setup, is null-void. I was not happy with it and am going in a different direction know.

damn nice garage! let me say that again! damn! I liked everything untill you trimmed the trailing arms! first thing I thought was holy shit that thats going to weaken the links, why not modify the frame rails and reinforce them! you already notched it! i know nothing about the pinion angle i wasnt paying attention to that part!
