 Well i have begun the task of stockflooring my friends ford on 24"s. I'm here looking for any tips to make my job any easier. we got dropped spindles,djm lower arms. Anybody out here done this before?
I already know about the obvious-stretching wires etc. just would really like some pointers.....

i stockfloored mine, but it wasent on 24s.  not too difficult.  you will have to tub the firewall and the heater.  hydroboost brake booster.  because the cab is so long you will need a two piece drive shaft.  good luck.

YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO BUY A TIE ROD REAMER TO REAM THE DROP SPINDLES.  THE DROP SPINDLE COME WITH THE TIE ROD FLIPPED FROM STOCK.  THIS WILL MAKE YOUR WHEELS TOW OUT WAY TO FAR.  YOU HAVE TO REAM THE SPINDLE AND PUT THE TIE ROD IN LIKE YOU WOULD ON THE STOCK SPINDLE.  IF YOU DONT DO THIS THERE IS NO WAY YOU TIRES WILL TUCK AND NOT HIT THE FENDERS.  ALSO GONNA NEED AN EXPLORER BRAKE BOOSTER TO CLEAR THE WHEELS.

Good tip about the tie rods. The drop spindles do flip the tie rods. If the rest was easy. Looks like we will do a hydraboost. We're using a ind rear from a jag so i'm not woried bout the driveline, getting the front to lay looks like the hardest part.

you also might have to z your frame an inch or two.  definately gonna have to tub the firewall.  i did djms and the drop spindles and layed mine on 22's and the suspension was pretty much maxed out.  you r gonna need a lot of lift to clear 24's.   you are also gonna have to ditch the cats and redo the exhaust or your gonna have to notch you floor because the cats will hit the firewall.  good luck  just take your time and it shouldnt be to bad.

i stock floored mine with 2x4 box tubing from the firewall back. built the trans crossmember out of 1x1. tubbed the firewall, ranger booster, relocated the fusebox under the wiper cowl, batteries to the bed, raised the tranny tunnel, notched the cab floor for the driveshaft, i used stock spindles and djm uppers and lowers, my bed was stock floored as well. we z'd the frame and dropped it behind the cab so the bed was stock floor. left the stock clutch fan and trimmed the shroud, built brackets to raise the radiator so it stays in front of the engine and fan, your gonna have to notch the cowl for the throttle body as well. ditch the cats, i ran true duals with 3 inch mufflers and turndowns.

also i would change the spark plugs before you body drop it. its a fuckin job afterwards!

What year exploder brake booster do you have to get?   I am getting ready to do my 99 surper crew f 150 also. I am getting all the parts first then will get to cuttin.
