On your white wire headed to the ign switch (the part right behind the key) the diagram shows it goes from the fuse up to the switch. But also continues on up and off the page. I'd trace that wire down to it's next stop and see what it does. Most likely is the part making it drain. If the key switch is bad, the accys in the car might still be running. But unlikely. look for where the rest of that white wire went. With the key off, use a MULTIMETER, not a test light do measure voltage after that next part.or foe shits and grins, take the multimeter from a good ground again, with the key off, and probe the switch(#4 the black with yellow stripe, #8 the black with white stripe, and #3 black with orange stripe) if there is even a fraction of voltage present at any of these places, you have found the culprit. GOOD LUCK! Ok, just realized what you were saying with the white wire and where it goes. Then check the white wire at the starter relay to see if there is juice passing thru it (same way as above)
