i traced it to those 2 wires cause i new the alternator wire was touching what ever the problem was so i found the alternator fuse and discovered these six wires and test all 6and 2 of them are pulling 12 volts from the battery. it will kill the battery in 2 days, thats how fast it drains

well were are you testin the line at to find out that there pullin the 12 volts? before or after the switch?       

it depends on the year it is 93-95 geo prizm had a recall from GM stating that they had injector problems with them which was draining down the battery,I'd check that first if not then its going to be the relay.
