Ok so the story is I unfortunately own a set of their 18x9 XD Badlands which are on my 2008 F250 4x4.  The truck has about 25K miles on it and as of last week, my front left and rear right rims have developed pinholes which allow the tires to go flat within 4 to 6hrs. 
 
Now the problem is that I do not have a receipt for the wheels.  Although they have a lifetime warranty, you have to have a receipt to file any warranty claims.
 
Wheelpros- the supposed distributor/manufacturer will not back their product- and claim the wheels have come from a wrecked vehicle and that's why they have formed pinholes.  What a joke, are these guys for real? 
 
Has anyone else had a problem with anything sold/distributed by Wheelpros such as a KMC wheel?  If so what were you able to do get them to take care of their faulty product?

When I worked for Discount Tire Direct we had someone on another forum who had a similar problem with KMC/Wheelpros.  We bought them a set of wheels to make up for Wheel pros lack of customer service.   Wheel pros will not honor anything.  Even if you had a receipt they probly wouldn't do anything for you.  Sorry.

Yeah when I talked to "Roland's" supervisor at Wheelpros, he informed me that he doesn't talk to the public, only to dealers and hung up on me.  The jackass didn't even give me time to tell him that KMC's website advertises the Wheelpros phone number.  Haha-

Wheelpros is KMC.  They own the label.  See if you can find someone to weld the holes up.

Who did you purchase the wheels from maybe they could help you by calling there rep if there in good with them  ..i distribute for wheel pros and have never had a problem with warranty or customer service here in Az...maybe post some pics of the pinholes..I wouldn't recomend welding on your rims..they your warranty will definetly be voided....

what difference does it make if it voids the warranty? what good is a warranty if the manufacturer does not honor it? sounds to me like they offer a lifetime warranty to get your money then feed ya to the dogs when you need to claim a warranty issue. that sucks. it really shouldnt matter if you have a receipt or not. the wheel was built by them. its their wheel. reguardless of who sold it or how much you paid for it they should warranty it. sorry you had to deal with a prick like that bro, god knows ill never have to worry about dealing with him.

sounds to me like this isnt the first or last time WHEELPROS  has fvcked someone on some whel issues that SEEM to be legitimate, for i too have swallowed a metric ton of shit from wheelpros in az as well. tole me without receipt to go pound sand, but yet had me in the computer for other bullshit but "no records of purchase that would be sufficient for a warrenty issue" so your prob. beat unless that direct link above has any positive outlook, i fel for you bro,  and anyone else who has to deal with these douche holes. sad day when a company this big that makes SOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH FVCKIN $$$$$$ cant back the product they produce/and/or sell. well with enuff word of mouth things eventually change when enuff heads voice their opinions in public negative press travels like the plauge, look at what happened with aim/chassis tech...enuff shit was brought out in the open now they want to be your best friend and fix years of screwing people over by a quick kiss and a hug......and a promise. but if you throw examples like this to them maybe they will see the effect and recourse that might eventually effect the bussiness. either way good luck to ya bro....
