ive never had problems with wheel pros, and yes wheel pros may own kmc they dont "produce" there own wheels, they are made by a company in china which they have to deal with.  without the receipt how do they know you bought them from them, which it sounds like you did, they probably deal with people all the time wanting a warranty when they just bought them from someone else and the wheel already had the problem and they dont warranty them for every owner of the wheel.  anyway, good luck

Man what is wrong with some of you guys stop always shit talking about not getting your way these guys are doing there job and that is it.I have never seem a rim theat just formed a hole from sitting there.so there had to be some form of abuse to them.i just cant see how some of you get so pissie when it comes to a company not giving you what you want.An i cant stand poor ass people that say sue them what the hell for a guy that abuses his truck or another guy that never washes his rims until they start to oxides and the crome comes off because he doesnt know how to take care of them<why the hell would anyone say aw just sue them it people like this bullshit that is jacking the price of things up just suk it up and buy new friken wheels An also the reason why they dont just say yeah bring them in because why r they going to fit the bill for you mistake? uh its not there fault that u cracked the wheel or put a pin hole in it. i would agree with it if you said you have had them a week and it just came around with the issue but the guys at wheel pros are not to blam you are for not taking care of you shit dude same with you on your pitted wheels and shit keep your damn reciepts to then no one would hear anyone bitching about there damn wheels other than people saying they dont have to take care of them.SO GROW THE HELL UP AND BE A MAN DONT BLAM OTHERS FOR YOUR MESS UPS AND JUST GO BUY SOME NEW WHEELS DAMN SOME OF YOUI GUYS PISS ME OFF.

Lesson Learned! Why would you not keep a reciept for a purchase of this amount of cost? Majority of places don't warranty products without receipt or proof of purchase....I feel sorry for you but next time you purchase something that is worth a damn to you, take that receipt and just throw it in a box in your house somewhere that you can keep JUST receipts.

I have done bussiness  with with wheelpros for about 6 years. It must be the warehouse I deal with because Ive never had a single problem with warrenting a wheel. I do understand there side of needing a reciept. I know this is not the case on your set but what if they warrenty a set out then send them to the scrapyard and a guy buys them from scrapyard and then trys to warrenty them again. The only reason I use that is a example is because I watched it happen. Another example would be  if they were originally sold as a blemished wheel then they do not carry a warrenty at all. Can you go back to the person or shop you bought them off of and trace down what retailer they were originally bought from.   Good Luck!

Whether or not chrome pits or peels, there is no reason to have pinholes leaking air through the backside of the rim.  They aren't curb damaged, hell I haven't even pulled a trailer grossing over 2Klbs yet with this truck.  The tires are Hankook M/T 35x12.50x18........  no pothole damage either.  It's clearly a manufacturing defect.

I'm the guy from DnD with the novas who had a problem with the warranty. My wheels were less then a month old and had only been clanex with mothers car was soap and stoners glass cleaner. The chrome didn't just start pitting but it disolved. I had to pull teeth and threaten lawsuits to get 2 replacement wheels. The chrome on these wheels are HORRIBLE!!!! It's so thin in places I can see copper underneath. I was at a show recently takling with a guy who had the same wheels and his truck hadn't seen the road yet and the chrome was going to shit.

I used to work for a wheel company.   I know alot about wheel construction and wheel warrenties.  Wether the customer has a reciept or not, the company should take the wheels back.  If something where to happen to those wheels in the case of a crack.  The wheel company would be liable.  If KMC was a good company they would give the guy a new wheel and get the old one back to inspect it to be sure they dont have any casting problems.  With bad economy there is no room for bad customer service or piss poor products.  If they dont help people out they will eventually go away.  And I never said that wheel pros manufactured KMC.  I said they own the brand.  Please read before you respond.

first off, i have dealt with wheel pros for 10 plus years and have never had a problem.  FROM KMC WARRANTY PAGE : "KMC WHEELS warrants to the original retail purchaser that wheels manufactured by KMC WHEELS will be free from structural failure, under normal and intended use, as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product."   WHICH IS WHY A RECEIPT IS NEEDED, TO PROVE YOU BOUGHT THE WHEELS FROM THEM.  you sound like you are just on here trying to bash someone and cry because you didnt get your way. If you called them with that same attitude, i can see why you didnt get any help. And going back to what you had claimed, NO WHERE ON KMC WEBSITE IS A LIFETIME WARRANTY IMPLIED OR GIVEN.  So next time you want to bash someone, please have your facts straight.  Your post probably should have read something like this " Hey guys, I have a set of KMC Badlands and I am having a warranty issue with pitting. Unfortunately I lost my receipt and without this, KMC can't do anything for me due to their warranty policy. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Thanks Guys! "

Wheel pros is really a joke. On kmc's site they say they warranty the finish on the wheels but if you talk to wheel pros they say that's it's only part of the wheel they cover. They need to get their stories straight. OP, I feel your pain bro.
