I agree with Dougy, the old DIB hardbody was clean and well put together and far from looking cheap. What is wrong with flipping your upper control arms? If it can save you some coin and still give you go geometry in your suspension then do it. Im using ALL stock front suspension components on my F150, Raised upper arms and flipped them left to right and right to left, modified lower arms to clear frame rails and flipped my lower ball joints and replaced then with 70 model Cordoba, and flipped tie rod ends. Saved me from buying a pair of spindles and gives me the same geometry as it was stock if not better but I guess I just wanted to be ghetto and cheap.

yeah but then again if you look he modded them most people just flip them and dont plate the underside like he did. But you know its cool if people cant see what i was trying to say.  And just because this dude built his truck to lay on 22" doesnt mean you need to do this mod for 20". Goddam if you can afford 22" you should be able to afford fuckin UCA.

You are putting how much into your truck???? But yet another $500 is going to break you give me a fuckin break do it right people build some fucking arms or buy the gd spindles. Lets not just throw shit together and call it a show truck because it works. Ill spend 7k on my suspension but ill save $300 to $500 on UCA = ghetto and cheap lmao lol

But, who says using a spindle on everything the "right way?" I chose to do my truck like that because one I didn't want to use spindles because 9 times outta 10 they are junk for my model trucks from hear say and if you take a 97-03 f150 up to ekstensive they will give u the option go go with spindles or do it the way I explained earlier. Just an example cause I dont think ekstensive has been producing any junk trucks in the years the've been workin. I think I'm done posting in here for one since I don't have a nissan and before the Mods decide to close this thread when some is actually wanting to get some help on here.
