---------------------------------------------Originally posted by svrdwgn---------------------------------------------Originally posted by lilrob 63thanks corey i would try to help every one that is just how i am... this post is not to bash on any one it is just to say how are trip went and what went down... as for my club they are awesome cause when i burned a hole in my air line while dragging they all came over to help and also thanks to all the othere that asked and offered to help...

---------------------------------------------I would hope someone came over from our camp to offer assistance. By the time I got back to camp you had already had the car all the way up in the air (bitchen airbag jack by the way!!) I know as soon as I got to WCN on Friday Mouses truck from Phoenix was up on jackstands.. I was like wtf? I guess someone from another club got a flat so Mouse let him use his wheels to go get the truck to safety and repair it... cool way to start off a great weekend! I would hope everyone would stop for each other... Thats one major thing that sets this sport apart from other car enthusiasts sports, is the brotherhoods and bonds we ALL share with each other... ---------------------------------------------thanks jamie yeah that air bag jack is the best thing ever for a body drop... yeah i was under my car but i know a couple of your guys from severed came by to watch and offer help...

A club should be a family. I cant count the times we have helped each other fix things on road trips. Josh is our king of freeway fixes.  There have also been countless nights spent working on vehicles the day before the show to get it ready, working early into the morning. I have so much fun when we get our whole club together, Nor Cal and So Cal. There just isn't a better time IMO.

I've been on both ends of the situation a few times. one time we were on the way home from blooddrag and I had to stop off for gas and everyone else in my group kept riding. well I got back on the interstate trying to catch up and a few miles later I see one of our trucks sitting on the side of the road by itself. so i stopped to see what was up. turns out he had left his compressors on and blew a fitting and lost all his air. he was in the back of the group so noone saw him fall off and they kept going. I always carry spare fittings with me so we swapped it out and got back on our way. funny thing was while we were there fixing it, about 5-7 Outlandish Trends trucks rode by honking and dragging, but didn't even slow down. then I was on the way home one time in my old isuzu riding in the middle of a line of trucks, when my rear u-joint exploded, busted the  and the driveshaft fell out from under the truck. talk about STUCK. well luckily everyone else stopped, one guy had a stock truck and some rope and we were ale to tow it off to the next exit where we found a safe place to leave the truck and i caught a ride home with another member. to me it's not so much the club, as just good people in the scene. most of the people who have helped me aren't even in a club, let alone mine. we're all in this together, regardless of the logo on the window

To me Down To Earth means a lot I've been in the club for 13 years now. and the guys and families that are in it now are out standing. they would do anything for anyone. ( our club or anybody else's). the scene has grown into a bunch of asses that could careless about someone else, but you should live by the pay it forward idea cause someday it could be you stuck. leaving WCN Josh and I had to change a flat on my truck fortunately I have a matching spare. ( I think I broke the wheel trying to get to WCN after chasing Couto's truck back to victorville.)

this is my first post but i cant not comment on this.. to me a club means family i was a member of 2 live miniz for over 10 years. and when we all decided to close up shop we never stopped being friends. its been over 10 years since I've been in the minitruckin scene or in a club, but all but a few of us are to this day best friends!! I'm starting to get back in the scene now.. my 15 year old son is looked at me and said "dad.. I'm a minitrucker"!!  so while talking to the old pres. i told him he said he wanted a 1st gen S10 and he said, do you have a truck? i told him not yet and he said good then he gave him a 83 s10 that belonged to a member that passed away while building it over 14 years ago!! I totally forgot he had the truck in storage all this time. so as we start on the journey of rebuilding this truck together i hope that he has as much fun as i had "back in the day"  this is the truck were starting with...

A CLUB  is  a friendship based relationship,, helping members, family orientated, good people good vibes, with BADASS rides,, and not too good for others hands or helping others..               of course this is being said  in my opinion and my experiences             <SEVERED TIES>  DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER
