i think the wheels look killer on there, and i also think chris should call them up and say how great they look and that he needs a set delivered right away! in black!

Release or no release, the rights still lay with the photographer.  You dont own a picture of your truck unless you took the picture yourself, the photographer does, unless the pictures were released to you.  Either way the picture was clearly not released to the wheel company.  So your photographer has a case if he wanted to chase it.
