It's been done before. A guy who owns a powder coating business did an entire 69 Camaro and it looked great. Frame looks good.

Very interested to see the powdercoated body! I'd be concerned about the heat warping the panels. I guess there's no bondo anywhere on the truck?

yeah body is at powder coating and my powder coater has done other cars without warping and no there is no bondo for the dents i used all metal filler. and the color changed to candy blak with no flake. as of tonight the cab is sand blasted and will be coated tomorrow night.

this truck is bad. ive been checkin back to this build up everytime i check ssm.  just caught up with it and I would be interested in the AWD article that FarFromFactory is talking about. do you have a link or is it an upcoming article for MT? let me know.  the wheels tuckin in the rear (jaw hit floor) powdercoating the body sounds crazy but i bet it will look good like the ALL of the truck.
