I'd have no problem paying for a set if I didn't already have a brand new set of Can-do uppers and lowers sitting in my garage waiting for me to do my 5 lug and juice swaps.

fuckin amazing build....im loving the fact that your doing it for someone overseas making sure we as a country have the oppurtunity to do things like this...but i have a question, from the pictures, the welds look like your are maybe stitch welding with a mig? correct me if im wrong....i think they look great and in my opinion is plenty strong enough for the builds we do but ive heard from people that its not as strong...so whats your input on this, im guessing that if this is what your doing then you also believe its good enough?

The only ones that are "stich welds" are the ones on things like the axle brackets, bracket to bracket... not bracket to axle. All the frame welds  are full on. I usually weld by pushing and making circles or C's. When I weld a vertical I usually puddle and drop/ puddle and drop. I think that sticth welding is plenty strong though. I will do it when welding round tubing, but I make sure to turn the heat up on the welder a bit. I don't think I would weld anything over .120 wall without holding the trigger the whole time.

cool, ive also done a combination of the 2 on my frame. pretty much the same as you, any cap welding, brackets and even a little plating is stitched but my frame rails and "z" are drug and pushed depending on the position im in....ive got my own thread tho, back to yours thanks for some input, you hydroholics guys are on top of your shit and have helped me out a lot

Sorry it has been a couple days since posting pics. I have still been working on it though. I got the Isuzu front frame clip on the Toyota frame for the core support and bumper mounts. Today I worked on getting the engine and tranny in. Got to love running a Ford motor with the distributer in the front... very little fireall issues. The tranny crossmember is not quite done, but the motor mounts are in and the weight of the motor is one them.

Oh yeah, I also got the steering done. You can kinda see it in those pics.

Don't mean to pry but do you have close up pics of the steering shaft and motor mounts?
