Are his parts working this time around?  I remember when he was BYC the ppl who did get parts were having problems with them.  Uppers being too short, lowers being too long, things breaking because of poor welds etc.  It doesn't matter if he's turned a new leaf with his customer service if his parts haven't improved.  So, for the people who have gotten parts lately, have you been pleased with them?

It sounds like he's fixed a lot of the issues he's had in the past and if he's shipping parts without problem then its really up to you. No matter what you'll never make everyone happy but if most all of your customers are happy then your doing alright, but that's not to say you shouldn't try!

The fact of the matter is, back in his byc days he had the nerve to come on here and cuss at and shit talk  to the very people he owed parts to.  Granted some people were cussing and shit talking him but they had been waiting for parts and were out money. Cussing out customers because they want their parts or money back. Imagine that. We're not talking parts that had been ordered last week or last month. We are talking parts in some cases as i remember it had been ordered over a year previous to his coming on here and attempting to "make things right"  Consider that before ordering anything from him.

i bought the isuzu uppers from him. the looked good, i was happy with em for the most part. i wasnt a fan of screw in balljoint cups, but the arms looked good. i installed them, ended up cutting the balljoint cup off and usin s10 balljoints and was gonna get custom spindles made. but all in all, there were a couple small issues, and they were PROMPTLY takin care off. i would give mike my business again without a doubt. i think he really has turned around, and is makin things right, or at least working at it.

i would just like to say that on that i have recently had dealing with DHP and to be straight it just wasn't up to par with the way bussiness should be done.  ordered a a two link and watts link.   Said might have to wait on some but first shipment would be a couple to three days out.  Well two weeks later he is saying that he had to move from his shop to another location.  Which is understandable, but be upfront about an issue like that.   When the parts did arrive.   The quality of welds is fine, but the wrong bolts, and only 2 shims instead of the 4. So we had to put out more money on extra hardware. Mocked up the watts and upper and lower adj bars where wrong length.  Said they would be overnighted and no parts today as they should have been. I can understand mistakes, but will rethink any future bussiness with dhp.    It is just bad bussiness......
