pootie call me iv had soooo many tickets i will give u legal advice anytime lol    and alot of my tickets were correctable but the cops wanted to be a dick and write noncorrectable    i even got the same ticket u did and the cop was a dick  (bagged truck hater) i even poped my truck up and told him to save the paper lol just made him more of a dick than he already was lol   but i just went down to the police department and talked to a watch commander told him one of his officers marked a ticket correctable ticket as noncorrectable       he went outside saw the truck up and signed it off   i didnt tell him i had bags   when he asked me what i did i just said i raised it back up  and wala  now u send the ticket in with a 25dolla money order to the address on back and wala  make sure u make a copy of the signed off ticket in case if there is ne problems    who gave u the ticket chp sheriff or city cop

well i headed to thee ol police department to talk to a sargent. they said according to cvc 40610b (Pursuant to subdivision (a), a notice to correct violation shall be issued as provided in this section or a notice to appear shall be issued as provided in Section 40522, unless the officer finds any of the following:(1)Evidence of fraud or persistent neglect.

(2)The violation presents an immediate safety hazard.

(3)The violator does not agree to, or cannot, promptly correct the violation.) they cant do shit.... so in other words cvc 40610b is a bullshit code made so you are fucked no matter what. pretty much if the issuing officer doesnt like you. he can write that your burnt out headlight even though easily fixed is not fixable. I am taking this shit to court. just thought  i would share our tax dollars screwing us with our pants still on.

what i would do is find some coil overs get some round bag plates weld some tabs on them for the coil overs and bolt them where the bags where until it get inspected

its not being inspected. i just have to go to court and pay a fine or perhaps get it dismissed since it has been signed off. we will see

u oregon guys dont understand cali is f##t up n many ways  traffic laws r just the startgood luck pootie u did get it signed off so everything should b ok  it just sux he marked it noncorrectable  cuz of that u have 2 go 2 court 2 prove it rather than just send in a money order for 25bucks for a fix it ticket        good luck brother
