wow as if i havent heard enough testimoney from satisfied HYDROHOLICS customers either on forums or thru the grapevine, it just shows how much everyone else lacks such good quality customer service, not to mention they provide a great product, and service. i am stackin my chips to get sum gear from them and shit like this just keeps me pushin for the stuff they offer vs some bigger companies. i have had some of the worst customer service in my life, from any bussiness, from a large co. in kentuckey and vowed to use someone elkse and i put it between pitbull and hydroholics, the pitbull staff was also very good but they are geared twords hopping and i am lookin for a product more geared twords what what we all do and want it to look like and these guys have always answered all my ?? with respect and told me what i needed to hear not what i wanted to hear, and helped me look into the right setup for me as i have to install their product cause i live in patheticut.    THESE GUYS ARE JUST TOP NOTCH!

Hydroholics is the best hydraulic company around. I bought one of their first setups produced. Installed in 2 different cars and have gotten nothin but quality customer service since day 1. Ive picked up parts at a show, at night, and have had them dropped off at my work or at home in the middle of installation. They are definately changing the game.

Glad to see you were taken care of so well Ben. My room mate Don had his SL500 done by hydroholics, excellent job on the install except the exhaust hanger that doubled as a spot for the line to rest allowing it to move around and rub through the hose. After 2 months it eventually rubbed through the line causing a huge mess, after BUYING a new hose he routed it in a better location and actually fastened it to the car and for the last 8 months it has not been an issue. Nobody at Hydroholics would own up to the mistake and it ended up being Dons fault for "not keeping an eye on it". I thought it was common knowlege that you use the exhaust to rest hydraulic line on, after all it is heat resistant so it should have been fine.

Hmm well I was starting to believe this was just a bunch good friends patting backs and talking positive about each other. Now I see Doug is pleased (lol just kindin Dougers) and they have had A negative responses. Good to here it was just a line which sometimes is all up and tight when its done something in the car gives a little and theres your slack. I've seen tons of there installs and things like,  "oh this will work fine don't fly."  My first juice job was for a chicks daily driver even she keep an eye out and let me know which watcha-ma-call-it or thingy-ma-bobber was not so good. I would never say it was her fault  but it sure helps not to be oblivious that your car is juiced. Driver and tech should check after the first week of normal operation. Owner there after. If your out of town and just not savey have someone check for you that knows something. Lines are rubber they can go for no reason and metal is not a diamond. Things can shift.  I learn to over clamp. I'm sure they have too. Preventative maintenance
