Any white paint codes from newer cars you see on the road today will have small amounts of black, and usually some yellow too. If you want to the brightest white possible, the straight white toner from whatever paint line you choose to use would be the best. And as far as pearls adding a yellow or hazy look to the color, that's only because that's the intended outcome. Nissan makes a pretty clean white pearl, so does Lexus. Lexus actually makes 2 great white pearls, one has a course clean white pearl, with a brilliant white Basecoat under, and the other has a slightly darker Basecoat with a bright white/blue pearl on top. You can do custom mixes tho to get your desired effect. I would suggest doing a very bright white, possibly even straight white toner, with a pearl coat that has the most course white pearl available for that paint line, as well as some course blue pearl in it. It would look bright white in the shade... even in the dark, but in the sun would be hard to look at, and the highlights will show the brilliant bright flakes of the pearl. No need to really go with a specially paint. Any standard paint system could do that effect (Dupont, PPG, Standox, Glasurit, Spies Hecker) Hope that helps
