I lay out on 22s already just dont know if i can on 25 series 24s which i think they are a half inch taller then my 295 30 22s i have now... Im debating on stock flooring it. I think it is 3 3/4 inches to have it lay body im not sure.. Or maybe just doing a 24/26 combo and just lay frame. I dont know how much of a pain in the ass a sfbd is to drive.. is it a pain to drive or is it the same thing as laying frame?

3-3/4"???????? Get that tape measure out again. The rocker will lay with a 2-1/4" body drop. Or you could ditch the factory frame rails for some 2X4 rectangular tubing under the cab. The front end needs to be "Z'd" 1" as well.   Pain in the ass to drive a sfbd? No, it's the same as driving anything else.

I didnt measure a thing physically i just was read that... Im doin the 2x4 tubing... by z-ing the front do you mean for the front bumper?

No, the front crossmember hangs below the frame rails by about 3/4"

oh ok i see.. if you dont have a sfbd and just laying frame do you still "z" the front? or is that something you do for the bodydrop?

yeah your right on the crossmember  and sorry i was referring to the diffrent arms for all diffrent kinds of trucks and body styles my bad. andyour only wanting uppers if so i do them for 450 bucks a set. thats a 7/8 uniball all bolt in setup. this arm is the lower for your truck that will lay 24s with no cutting at all.

Your frame will not lay at the front of the cab. The engine crossmember hangs lower. If you want to lay frame from front to back (under the cab) the front needs to be "Z'd" no matter if you are body dropped or not. When you do a stock frame on one, you can just work the "Z" into the area where the new frame meets the existing frame, then just lower the front frame horns the amount of the body drop + the amount of the "Z".

The way i wanted to stockfloor the frame was 2x4 tubing inside the stock frame and cut the excess of the stock frame on top.. has anyone done it this way?

My frame lays out right now front to back of cab i dont know why some guys are saying it need to z the front. My trucks a 92 sierra maybe they thought i had an older truck... i just put 3500 tubular uppers, spindles, and cut the frame for the lowers and tierods and it lays 22's just fine...Without a motor still...

I just got 2500 tubular uppers, I think they are the same. what balljoins did you used and did you have to modified the spindles?
