copying your clubs name

i think people should b more creative and not use spinoffs of other club names

I THINK EVERYBODY  SHOULD JUST CHANGE THERE NAME TO "PERFECT POISE" AND ALL THE PROBLEMS WOULD BE SOLVED. WELL AT LEAST THE COPING OF NAMES ANYWAYS. I SAY FUCK IT - I AGREE WITH EVERYBODY HERE, HOWEVER IF SOMEONE ROLLED UP TO A SHOW AND WAS RUNNING MY CLUB NAME AND LOGO AS THERE OWN I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY SOMETHING. DEPENDING ON HOW THEY RESPONDED WOULD DETERMINE THE REST OF THE CONVERSATION... I DON'T THINK THERE IS ANYTHING CONFUSING ABOUT THAT AT ALL. IT DOES SIMPLY COME DOWN TO RESPECT. 

I thinks some of them like No Regrets or FOREVERLOW are the type of names that someone might come up with not having any ideas about another club with that name. I mean to say that someone might not be trying to copy, more that those could be common ideas and themes people think of. There are only so many ways you can incorporate LOW into a name and people with lowered vehicles might commonly come up with similar names. I see more of a problem with purpously copying a name and even worse the actual logo style.  I really felt that these guys out of Virginia were blatantly copying our logo after the 1st Surface DVD came out.   OURS:   THEIRS:  

I have seen the kastawayz trucks in va  what they did was wrong.I know they knew there was a club called kastawayz on the west.They probably think its ok because the two clubs might never meet at a show.

It doesnt have Low  in it or what does Regrets have to do with trucks. Im just wondering. I know why we have it, and it's obvious. But No Regrets has been a more commong theme amongs Christians. Now, I'm no Christian, but if you've ever heard how the club got it's name, I did rip it off of a Christian bumper sticker, and then I used it because it applied to my life and lifestyle. And if its soo common and easy, why wasn't there a no regrets in the previous 30 years of minitruck history before we existed lol. Just wondering man. It's like saying, Severed Ties would be soo easy to think of, or Relaxed Atmosphere, is such an obvious choice lol. Once you've heard the name you can associate with it and think, oh thats so obvious. But I'll tell you what, coming up with a unique club name is not an easy task. I know, I came up with NR and I also helped start a Kustom club here in So Cal called the Scoundrels and it wasn't a walk in the park.
