It is difficult to be completely unique, we all take samples of some ideas and run with them to kind of make them our own.  That being said, a complete copy of someone else's ideas is a bit BS, so i understand your frustration and anger.   However we are all guilty of using bits of others ideas and running with them.  Remember, Severed Ties is a movie that came out a year or two before that great club formed, and how about a show called Endless Summer?  Its a really old movie title too.  But its all good because that club rocks and that was a sweet show.  But just trashing on some people or destroying their hardwork is not something minitruckers do and that is why i am proud to be one.  So in regards to the initial post, i would confront the responsible party and explain how you feel.  If that don't work get a copyright.  Or who knows make them a new club member.Good Luck! 

from the original poster, i politley explained that we do have a copyright and have grown our name into a LLC for our event and that we rather them not use it again. however there is not much we can do to stop them and they are thousands of miles away. thier first responce was just to change the word "TO" to "2" but i was just wondering what everyone else thought

 i think there should be face off when shit like this happens. compare club vehicles and whoever has the lowest,most bad ass rides and the most features and cover trucks gets the name. thats the thats most fair way in my opinion.

Its easy for guys with no club affiliation to give their opinions on our clubs. Maybe some people should find another group of enthusiasts to look up to. Role models we are not. Find your own style, club name, paint color, clothing company, etc, etc...... A copyright is a copyright. Take them to court. If you cant think of your own club name, maybe ask a club? I know I can think of something original for you. Personally, I like Negative Nancys. But it should be called, Not Positive Nancys. And hurry up before someone else reads this and names their club that. NPN!
