Unusual Fabrication LLC is a full time machine, weld, and fab shop. I'll be using this thread to keep everyone updated as to what is going on in the shop (www.Unusualfabrication.com) with parts, projects, and just some of the other work I do. Keep posted for updates!

And here is a picture sent in by a customer of it installed.

I finished this up last week.

10-bolt narrowed an inch on eash side.

All the backing plate bolts broke off so I drilled them out.

I re-tapped the holes to the correct size, good as new!

With all the bearing pucks machined I starting setting everything up in the fixture.

Lining up the ends in the fixture.

All welded up and ready to go.

The owner of this truck wanted a custom 20 gallon aluminum fuel cell to replace the uncoated rusty 8 gallon steel tank that was in it. Since it wasn't vented the gas backed up the filler neck, spilled everywhere, and it took along time to fill it up.

Just got it back to the shop.

And for those of you wondering "what's under that hood scoop?" here you go:

Filler panel I made with a perimeter flange and some beads in it.

Quick picture of the aluminum welds.

All welded, mounted, plumbed, and wired up.

Bag On Bar 4-Link for a Nissan Hardbody.

Wishbone set-up for a Mazda B-Series.

1973 Camaro Z28 that I re-bagged. The rearend was shifted 2" to the left and wasn't sqaure to the chassis (which wouldn't allow the rear to lay out, it looked bad, and it dog tracked), the front didn't get enough lift, it leaked air, and after pulling it apart I found that the front shockwaves were rubbing because the spring pockets weren't trimmed out enough and the bolts that held the front lower control arms on were installed with 9/16" bolts and 5/8" nuts..... Anyways, on to some pictures:
